At ZyapMe, we strive to offer our customers the best possible experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 24 hour refund policy. Please note that some products or services may not be eligible for a refund, such as digital downloads or personalized services.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If you paid with PayPal or another payment method, the refund will be issued to the same account.
